We accept cheque/money order payment, for UK orders only.
International orders can only be accepted with credit card payment.
We accept all major credit cards.

Postage and handling fees

We've found that the most efficient way to cost our delivery/handling/
shipping fees, is to calculate on a cost/weight basis. You'll note that our system
 automatically calculates your shipping cost based on two factors;

  1. The combined weight of the items in your cart.

  2. The delivery zone and service you select.

Due to the valuable nature of our products, all UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail first class
Recorded Delivery, unless the 'non-recorded delivery' option is selected. 
Recoded delivery items may require a signature on receipt.

 48 hours Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 48hrs of confirmation of your order.
Special and bespoke orders may be subject to longer delivery times.
We'll supply you with a dispatch date/time email upon order confirmation.
All orders are subject to your confirmation and approval of delivery times.

'Dispatch' means your order has been picked, checked and packaged for
shipping and will be placed on the next available delivery

Delivery time.

Orders using our standard Royal Mail first class Recorded Delivery service, should arrive
 within 24hrs (working day) of dispatch. However, the Royal Mail does not guarantee
 this, so please allow at least 2 working days after dispatch for delivery
.

Lost or Damaged Items.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, we will contact the Royal Mail and file a
 lost/damage claim on your behalf. We will do all that we can to ensure you receive
 your goods in perfect and timely condition, however, Whitewolf Jewellery cannot
 be held responsible or accept liability for items lost in transit.

All orders are securely and carefully packaged with high
 quality defensive pakaging materials
.

Royal Mail, do not class items sent via 'standard first class' as lost, until 15 days have elapsed.
However, please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 working days UK orders, 9
working days International orders.

Items of High Value

For items of higher value (+£100) we recommend 'Special delivery next day',
 which specifically covers loss of valuables/jewellery items.

We offer three options of Special Delivery Next Day service:

1. Special Delivery Next Day with £500.00 compensation cover.
2. Special Delivery Next Day with £1000.00 compensation cover.
3. Special Delivery Next Day with £2500.00 compensation cover.

We offer Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Next Day' from £5.50 + weight cost.

Additional Insurance.

Additional insurance cover can be purchased with
this service up to £10,000 of cover.

Worldwide Delivery.

We don't believe our valued international customers should be subject to excessive postage/shipping
charges. We strive to keep all international shipping/postage/handling fees to a minimum. 
International fees, are calculated on the same 'weight-service' basis as UK postage fees.

Royal Mail Airsure® service.

Important Note: The Royal Mail do not offer insurance cover for the loss/damage of Jewellery/valuables
with their standard First class Airmail service. Consequently, in order to offer our customers the best
service and cover at a cost efficient price, we send all orders via Royal Mail First class Airmail with the
 addition of the Airsure® extra service.

Airsure® includes:

  1. Items leave the UK on the earliest possible flight.  

  2. Items are electronically tracked.

  3. Compensation cover to include Jewellery items.

We charge from £4.50 (+ weight cost) International
shipping fee (inclusive of Airsure®).

If you would like a shipping fee quote on a particular order,
please ask:

* International customers may specify standard Royal Mail first class Airmail (without Airsure®)
 from £2.00 (+ weight cost), but please be advised Jewellery items are not covered
